Feasibility Study
Physical Activity and Parkinson’s
Have Your Say
We are working in collaboration with Emma Hughes of Parkinson’s UK North West Team to explore whether there is a need for more local physical activity opportunities for people living with Parkinson’s in Nantwich and the surrounding area.
We would like to hear from people living with Parkinson’s about their experiences of physical activity, what makes it easier or harder to take part, and what kinds of activities they might be interested in.
Your views will help us understand whether there is a genuine local need and interest and, if so, what a suitable programme might look like. The findings will contribute to a feasibility study and may inform a future funding application.
Taking part is entirely voluntary. You do not need to give your name or email address, and your responses will be considered anonymously. Please do not include your name or other information that could identify you or another person in any free-text answers.
If you would like to hear about how the project develops, you can choose to register your email address separately. This is optional and your contact details will not be linked to your questionnaire responses.
For information about how Movement in Mind handles personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
The questionnaire takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
