Wellness Programme
More than a weekly class
At Movement In Mind, we believe wellbeing grows through regular practice, not quick fixes.
Rooted in Tai Chi, Qi Gong and mindful movement, we offer a steady, supportive space where wellbeing is approached in a practical, embodied way. The sessions themselves are only one part of the journey – the real value lies in the continuity of practice and the sense of connection that develops over time.
This is a community where you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, develop awareness and build something that supports everyday life. Rather than focusing on immediate results, we help people establish a practice they can return to week after week.
Alongside our classes, we provide resources that support your learning between sessions, including online practice videos, guidance and members’ resources.
As a social enterprise, our focus is on making this work accessible, sustainable and centred on people rather than profit.
“The sessions themselves are only one part of it – the real value lies in the continuity of practice and the sense of connection that develops over time.”
