Wellness Sessions for Mind and Body
Our practice is about more than just weekly sessions.
Rooted in tai chi, qi gong, and movement therapy, we offer a steady, supportive space where wellbeing is approached in a practical, embodied way. The sessions themselves are only one part of it – the real value lies in the continuity of practice and the sense of connection that develops over time.
This is a community-focused practice, where you’re supported to move at your own pace, build awareness, and develop something sustainable for your everyday life. It’s not about quick results or one-off classes, but about creating a rhythm that you can return to week by week.
We also support your practice beyond the sessions, with access to video resources, guidance, and simple tools to help you stay connected—whether you’re at home, at work, or in between.
As a social enterprise, our focus is on keeping this work accessible and sustainable, rather than profit-driven.
A grounded practice for everyday wellbeing
Online or in person, this is a space that’s held for you. A place to return to and a practice that supports your overall wellbeing in a grounded, lasting way. Our programme offers a daily choice of live and recorded online wellness sessions, as well as in-person groups. Participate in the same sessions/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule – there is no limit. Either way, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.
With our wellbeing membership you can attend everything in the programme, as often as you like. You’ll have your own personal playlist of video resources to support the live sessions. If you prefer to participate solely from home, we also have the online studio membership. A daily choice of live and recorded sessions to help with mobility, balance and relaxation.
Folk come to our wellness sessions for different reasons. We don’t place expectations on our participants. Our approach is to offer gently therapeutic sessions to help people reconnect with themselves and feel more at ease. However, If you are keen to learn a new skill or develop your practice, we can help with that too.
