Our Online Studio offers a daily choice of live and recorded online sessions for mental and physical wellbeing. You can also make individual appointments.
Whether you participate in the same sessions regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.

Learn Tai Chi your way. Our self-paced, hybrid courses are a great way to start your Tai Chi journey.
Study the virtual lessons in your own time, and then choose a combination of online tutorials or in person group practice sessions. Once you have a feel for the practice, we can guide to the right sessions for you

With our Wellbeing Membership you can attend any session in the programme and also make individual appointments.
The membership includes our courses and the Online Studio, as well as group practice events in the community and bespoke lessons in our peaceful private studio.
