How booking works
We offer sessions through courses and memberships rather than pay-as-you-go.
Your booking reserves your place for the full period, so payments aren’t adjusted for missed sessions. To support flexibility, courses include access to practice videos, and memberships allow you to attend any session (online or in person), along with full access to our entire video library.
We are a social enterprise – our pricing is designed to cover running costs and keep the practice sustainable and accessible.
