Our wellness programme offers a daily choice of online sessions for mental and physical wellbeing, as well as in-person groups in the community and individual appointments in our studio.  You can choose to participate in the same sessions/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule.  Either way, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.

All sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
